The Lubelskie Voivodeship is processing your data for the purpose of participation in the Local Government Economic Congress and II Three Seas Initiative Forum of Regions


Grounds for processing personal data:

  1. Article 6 (1) (e) – we are implementing public tasks on the voivodeship level pursuant to art. 11 (2) of the Voivodship Government Act of 5 June 1998,
  2. Article 6 (1) (a)  – personal data in the form of an image shall be published on the website and on the websites and profiles in social media of the Marshal Office.

Data recipients shall be persons authorised by the data controller, third parties rendering support and service to the Marshal Office


Personal data shall be processed for the period of the project implementation, i.e until 3.11.2025 and throughout the archive period as required by the Regulation of the Prime Minister of 18 January 2011 on office instruction, uniform list of files and the instruction on organisation and range of activity of institution archives


Your are entitled to access your personal data, demand their correction, limitation of their processing, object to processing in the event such personal data are processed under Article 6 (1)(e) of GDPR. In the case of image, the data are processed based of the consent, you  have the right to withdraw this consent any time without affecting the conformity with the right to processing which was done based on the consent before it was withdrawn.
