PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Your data is processed for the proper functioning of the website, which is used to inform about activities carried out or supported by the Administrator and to promote the Lubelskie Voivodeship and the Three Seas Local Government Congress, to analyze web traffic, to ensure security within the Service and to customize content for users.

BASICS OF PROCESSING

The basis for processing is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. e) – we carry out public tasks of a voivodeship nature in connection with art. 11. sec. 2, art. 41 sec. 2 point 5 of the Act of June 5, 1998 on the voivodeship self-government and resolution No. XIV/237/2020 of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodship of February 24, 2020 regarding the Lublin Declaration on the establishment of the Network of the Three Seas Regions and resolution No. XXII/358/2020 of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship of December 21, 2020 on the adoption of the “Priorities of Foreign Cooperation of the Lubelskie Voivodeship”.

DATA RECIPIENTS

Recipients of personal data will be persons authorized by the personal data controller, external entities providing support and service contracts for the Authority.

PROCESSING PERIOD

Data related to web traffic analysis collected through cookies, may be stored until the cookie expires. Some of the cookies are stored for a period of 1 year and serve as auxiliary material for the administration of the site’s servers. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the site. Based on the files, statistics may be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying characteristics of visitors to the site.
