About the event

The sixth edition of the Congress took place on May 27-28, 2026. It has become a cyclical international economic event bringing together representatives of central and local government administration, the science and business sectors from 13 member states of the Three Seas Initiative (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Greece), representatives of strategic partners (the European Commission, the United States of America, the Federal Republic of Germany, Japan, Spain and Turkey) and associated partners from Ukraine, Moldova, Albania and Montenegro.

“The practical implementation of the Three Seas Congress is currently the vibrant cooperation between local governments operating within the Network of the Three Seas Regions, which includes 28 local governments from eight countries. The Three Seas University Network is also successfully developing. We have managed to create a platform for deepening economic cooperation, signing numerous valuable agreements in the areas of transport and cluster cooperation.
