About the event

The Self-Government of the Lubelskie Voivodeship cordially invites you to attend the 7th 3Seas Local Government Congress on 25-26 May 2027. It is an international event addressed to regions, municipalities, counties, as well as representatives of academia, business, think tanks, and students from 13 member states of the Three Seas Initiative (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary and Greece), representatives of strategic partners (the European Commission, the United States of America, the Federal Republic of Germany, Japan, Spain and Turkey) and associated partners from Ukraine, Moldova, Albania and Montenegro.

“The practical implementation of the Three Seas Congress is currently the vibrant cooperation between local governments operating within the Network of the Three Seas Regions, which includes 30 local governments from nine countries. The Three Seas University Network is also successfully developing, along with new initiatives such as the Security Forum and the Youth Forum. We have succeeded in creating a platform for deepening economic cooperation and have signed numerous valuable agreements in the areas of transport and cluster cooperation.
