The programmes for the the first day of the Three Seas Local Government Congress covers a number of panels including: Three Seas Initiative-Ukraine-challenges of cooperation, Energy security of the Three Seas states in the face of the war in Ukraine, International security, Cooperation of the universities of the Three Seas Initiative (with the moderator being the Minister of Education and Science Przemysław Czarnek).

On the second day the agenda features the panels: Development of agriculture and rural areas of the Three Seas region, Food security and Ahead of the summit in Riga. Opportunities and challenges of the Three Seas Initiative

On Tuesday (7th June), Debate of Regions and Economic Forum are also planned.
