The discussions will be held in various thematic sessions, among others, transport infrastructure, the Network of the Three Seas Regions, energy, digital learning, European funds and agriculture. The Event will be accompanied by Economic Forum including seminars, B2B meetings and study visits facilitating establishing business contacts.

The first edition of the Event held in June 2021 gathered more than 730 participants in total. Among 81 speakers there were leaders of key sectors of the Polish and foreign economies, prominent world politicians, as well as representatives of public administration and local governments. Within 2-day intensive exchange of knowledge and experience (18 panels) the following topics essential for the development of the Polish and foreign economies were tackled: diplomacy, energy, finances, economy, innovations, science, agriculture, transport, digital transformation, tourism, interregional and transborder cooperation of the Three Seas Initiative area.

The opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda.

During the Congress, the Lublin Declaration was signed, which created the basis for p0ernament and stable partnership of the local governments situated in the Three Seas Initiative area. In future years, this document will be a tool for maintaining and establishing regular contacts and taking up joint initiatives
