CEEplus Index

The CEEplus is the index of stock exchanges from the Three Seas Initiative region. The dominating companies are those operating in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania and Slovenia. The entity responsible for the calculation and publication of the CEEplus is the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Companies are qualified on the basis of their liquidity; therefore, nobody will be surprised to find in their portfolio over one hundred companies with best liquidity listed on regulated markets of stock exchanges from the region of Central and Eastern Europe: in Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest, Ljubljana, Prague, Warsaw and Zagreb.

Launching of the CEEplus index in September 2019 has contributed to closer regional co-operation and to making the 3SI countries more open to the outside world. As Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki stated: "The Three Seas Region has every chance of becoming the economic heart of Europe. While the European Union is facing a slowdown crisis, Central Europe has a potential that has not yet been fully utilized. The CEEplus is going to make our region even more attractive to investors and will make it possible for us to undergo even faster development”.
