Does the European Union want to force the Three Seas Initiative to accept refugees?

Tense situation on the Polish-Belarussian border. Actions aiming at compulsory relocation of migrants do not stop. The European Commission puts pressure on changing the social structure of the Three Seas Initiative states – Tomasz Teluk, PhD comments.

Aleksander Łukaszenka and Wladimir Putin know well what they are doing hitting soft underbelly of the European Union with the human rights. The response of the UE is immediate. According to the UE sources, possible support for Poland due to the crisis on the border will be subject to a series of conditions, all of them connected with human rights protection. Brussels wants the migrants to be received in Poland based on the new asylum procedures. This way a change of the law in our country is to be extorted. The migrants who have illegally crossed the green border would be obligatorily accepted. Since now, turning them back to the country from where they crossed the border would be illegal - Teluk comments.

New solutions would not concern only Poland but also Latvia and Lithuania. While for Poland, receiving thousands of migrants would not be an organisational problem, for countries like Lithuania or Latvia (with population lower than many western European metropolis), it would mean disturbing the social structure.

The European Commission wants to impose on the Three Seas Initiative countries a ban to send back the refugees. Breaking the border and illegal trespassing the territory of a country would not only be legalised but also supervised by Frontex, UE agency for border protection. All this in order to force Lithuania, Lativa and Poland to accept illegal immigrants sent to Europe by Russia and Belarus – the founder of the Institute of Globalisation writes.

According to Brussels, the Three Seas countries break human rights by not providing them with medical help, food and asylum. The governments in Warsaw, Riga and Vilnius are accused of lack of humanitarianism. Everything under dictation of the Minsk and Russia propaganda. Mainstream media write that the border is mainly occupied by refugees from Afghanistan, women and children, while the truth is completely different. Source: trimarium.pl
