In the past years, the recipients of the Congress Honorary Award "International Success in the Area of the Three Seas Regions", given to special figures who favor the 3Seas Initiative and the development of the cooperation between regions and countries of this area, were President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda (in 2021) and Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki (in 2022).

Annually the Programme Committee also awards "International Success in the Area of the Three Seas Regions" in the following three categories: “Personality”, “International Company”, and “Regional Company”. Among the winners are Jacek Sasin - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Minister of State Assets, Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka - President of the Management Board of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen SA, PZU SA, Zakład Produkcyjny Bempresa Sp. z o.o., NERGPOL Czerwiński S.J.

During this year's Congress, the Honorary Award – for undertaking activities aimed at making the parliamentary platform a full-fledged dimension of cooperation within the Three Seas Initiative, in particular for involving the young generation in the development of the Three Seas Initiative e.g. by promoting the idea of the Forum of Young Parliamentarians of the Three Seas Initiative – was awarded to Elżbieta Witek - Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.

Award in the category of personality – for undertaking activities within the Three Seas Initiative strengthening our common security, allowing stable development and consolidation of our nations. For active support of Ukraine – a country associated with the Three Seas Initiative countries, for defending its integrity and for actions to ensure the security of NATO's eastern flank running through the Three Seas Initiative countries – Mariusz Błaszczak - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Minister of National Defense, was awarded.

The award in the category of an international company - for taking action to finance strategic investments in the Polish economy that builds the potential of the Three Seas Initiative, developing its offer in the Three Seas Initiative countries and multidimensional operational and charity assistance for Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war - was awarded to PKO Bank Polski.

The award in the category of a regional company - for taking active economic activities in the countries of the Three Seas Initiative, conducting business on the principles of sustainable development and cooperation with the Lubelskie Voivodeship - was awarded to APIS-VITA.

The Congress Gala at the Center for the Meeting of Cultures was highlighted by a concert by the ARTI SENTEMO Accordion Chamber Orchestra from Radzyn Podlaski led by the founder and conductor of the orchestra - Zbigniew Czuryła.

The program of the concert included classical, folk and film music from the Three Seas countries and Ukraine, including works by Wojciech Kilar, Michał Lorenc, Krzesimir Dębski and Janusz Wojtarowicz. The performance received a standing ovation by the participants of the Congress. The Concert was accompanied by a multimedia show prepared especially for this occasion.
