Three Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2[1] GDPR we inform you that:

  1. The administrator responsible for the processing of your data is the Lubelskie Voivodeship represented by the Board of the Lubelskie Voivodeship with its registered office at ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin, lubelskie.pl, info@lubelskie.pl.
  2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted at ul. Artura Grottgera 4, 20-029 Lublin (e-mail address: iod@lubelskie.pl).
  3. Your data will be processed for registration, organisation, and participation in the Three Seas Local Government Congress and the Economic Forum (hereinafter: the Congress), sending participants materials summarising the event, informing about the next edition of the Congress, and obtaining opinions on the Congress, as well as, if you report special needs in connection with participation in the event to meet them.
  4. The basis for processing your data is
    a) art. 6 sec. 1 lit. e) – we carry out public tasks of a voivodeship nature in connection with art. 11. sec. 2, art. 41 sec. 2 point 5 of the Act of June 5, 1998, on the voivodeship self-government and resolution No. XIV/237/2020 of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship of 24 February 2020, regarding the Lublin Declaration on the establishment of the Economic Network of the Three Seas Regions and resolution No. XXII/358/2020 of the Sejmik of the Lubelskie Voivodeship of 21 December 2020, on the adoption of the “Priorities of Foreign Cooperation of the Lubelskie Voivodeship”.
    b) in the case of processing special categories of personal data, the basis for processing will be Art. 9 section 2 letter g GDPR in connection with art. 3 point 1, art. 4 and art. 6 of the Act of 19 July 2019, on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs to ensure conditions for participation if meets your reported needs.
  5. The data may be made available to entities authorised under the law and entities providing services to the Administrator: suppliers of IT systems and services, including the Lublin Center for Innovation and Technology subject to ensuring adequate protection of personal data.
  6. Your data will be processed up to 15 August 2026.
  7. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, and restriction of the processing.
  8. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data.
  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, when you consider that data processing violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  10. Providing the required data when registering for participation in Congress is voluntary but necessary to participate in Congress, and failure to do so will prevent participation.
