International Success in the Area of the 3Seas Regions

The “International Success in the Area of the 3Seas Regions” Award has been presented by the Congress Program Council since the first edition of the Three Seas Local Government Congress in 2021. Winners are selected in four categories:

  • Person
  • International company
  • Regional company
  • Security

The award honors individuals and companies that have made a significant contribution to the development of the Three Seas Initiative and work to foster cooperation among the countries and regions in this area. Local government units, municipal, city, and county councils, diplomatic missions, as well as social, cultural, and scientific organizations and institutions, business support institutions, and entrepreneurs from the countries of the Three Seas Initiative are eligible to submit nominations. The award in the Security category will be presented for the first time in 2026.

In addition, the Congress Program Council may award a special prize, namely the “Honorary Award.” This award recognizes outstanding achievements and contributions in the fields of economics, politics, culture, administration, and international cooperation that make an exceptional contribution to the development and promotion of the Three Seas Initiative at the national and regional levels.
