The 4th edition of the 3Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum will be held on June 12-13, 2024 in Lublin. The three previous editions of the Congress were held under the honorary patronage of Polish President Andrzej Duda and gathered more than 3.5 thousand participants from 32 countries worldwide.

The congress is a platform for working out solutions for the development of regions located between the Baltic, Adriatic and Black Seas. It is a self-governmental response to current activities, implemented in the socio-economic area at the state level. Discussions also concern bridging the infrastructural gaps of Central and Eastern Europe in relation to Western countries.

The Congress is rich not only in discussions, but also in the implementation of concrete projects. During last year's edition, an international agreement was signed on the Network of the Three Seas Regions - a format for deepening inter-regional cooperation in Central Europe, the inauguration of the the Three Seas University Network (3SUN), and agreements were signed on the establishment of the Lubelskie Hydrogen Cluster and Lubelskie Cluster of Circular Economy. In addition to thematic seminars, the Economic Forum offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to exhibit at promotional booths and B2B meetings.
