The 3Seas Congress is an annual international meeting of representatives of the regional governments and member states of the 3Seas Initiative. The Congress and the concurrent Economic Forum are events that provide a sustainable foundation for economic development in the fields of energy, transport and digital communications. Each edition was held under the Honorary Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.
