Experiences of the COVID-19 pandemic have led to a significant boost in uptake and adoption of digital tools across the public sector and businesses making up economies of the Three Seas initiative. The significance of digital transformation has now become more clear than ever before and is more visible in every single sector. However, while digitalisation is becoming more widespread, it doesn't happen overnight and is still a challenging task. What have 3SI’s businesses learned during the recent turbulent years?
