VELYCHKO.GALLERY is honored to present a well-known Ukrainian contemporary figurative artist Inna Kharchuk with her Project «HERITAGE» within The Congress. It has collected the latest prominent series and pieces created by the artist after the russian invasion in Ukraine, namely winter 2022 in blackouts. Inna investigates topics such as family, Ukrainian self-identification, archival photographs and historical context through her works. One of the primary goals of the project is charity. Part of the proceeds (20%) will be directed to the Fundraising platform UNITED24 (the official fundraising platform of Ukraine, launched by President Zelenskyy) to support Ukrainian people in the field of Medical Aid. For art collectors, for investors this exhibition also will be a great opportunity to make a very profitable investment in contemporary art. In past years, the recipients of the Congress Honorary Award "International Success in the Area of the 3Seas Regions," awarded to special figures who favor the Three Seas Initiative and the development of cooperation between the regions and countries of the area, were: President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda (in 2021) and Prime Minister of the Polish Government Mateusz Morawiecki (2022). The Program Council of the Congress also awards the annual " International Success in the Area of the 3Seas Regions " awards, in the categories: "Personality", "International Company", "Regional Company". Among the winners are: Jacek Sasin - Deputy Prime Minister of the Polish Government, Minister of State Assets, Beata Daszyńska-Muzyczka - President of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN SA; PZU SA, Zakład Produkcyjny Bempresa Sp. z o.o., NERGPOL Czerwiński S.J. The Congress Gala at the Center for the Meeting of Cultures will be highlighted by a concert by the ARTI SENTEMO Accordion Chamber Orchestra from Radzyn Podlaski. The ensemble, celebrating 10 years of artistic activity this year, is made up of students and graduates of music schools in Radzyn Podlaski and Biała Podlaska, as well as students and graduates of Polish music universities. The young accordionists are alumni of the orchestra's pedagogue, founder and conductor Zbigniew Czuryła. The concert program include classical, folk and film music from the Three Seas and Ukraine.

The Eastern Congress of Young Leaders is an event organized by the European Meeting House - Nowy Staw Foundation as an accompanying event to the 3Seas Local Government Congress. The purpose of event is to prepare young people to participate in the discussion on the future of Poland, Europe and the world. The Congress aims to confront theoretical knowledge with actual problems. During this event, we want to witness the establishment of cooperation between organizations from different European countries, the exchange of experiences, as well as the organization of joint conferences.
